The curbside experience is always great. They always have a smile on their faces and very polite. Getting my order right is another thing. The manager at this location is not the most polite to deal with and pretty much said I lied about what I ordered. I’m giving 3 stars because I can see there is workers busting their butts inside.
Horrible service. They messed up my order then tell me I have to go back through the drive thru to get what I wanted!! I asked for a Manager who claimed they can't ring up orders up front. But when I asked for a refund they went to the nearest register, swiped my card and gave me my refund. Lmao. So you would rather lose money than correct your mistake. Doesn't make any sense. Just one more reason why I hate McDonald's. Haven't been in months because I every time I go it's something...especially this location.
I showed up at the drive thru at 9:57pm and they said that it was closed, despite the internet saying it didn't close until 11pm. I guess that my money is not good here because I sure won't be spending it at this location ever again.
Every time I been there there has always been an issue. I only been there 3x and this last time I ordered a Big Mac and a basket of fries and they didn’t have any lettuce and I received a medium size frie and paid for a basket. They lost my business for sure.
Fast service at this store..big up all the staff here..
