White Birch Bay Aquatic Center

This place overall was fun even during the things going on now they took precautions to try to keep safe such as wearing a mask while not in the water and have certain times in which you can enter and they had two separate lines to enter to avoid less of people colliding and you had to reserve spots that actually stayed open due to the park not being packed with people but something I don't really understand is why people can only use credit or debit cards at the concession stand but not any type of money even if it's one thing worth 25 cents. Has a lazy river a 12 foot ended to a 4 foot in which the 12 foot had diving boards and placed for children to play and slides to go into the lazy river

As a Covid precaution the smaller slide is not available (blocked off). The kids were sad but still enjoyed themselves.

I arrived at this15 minutes prior to somebody getting sick in the pool I asked The manager tanisha for a voucher so I can come back next week she would not give me a voucher. I asked for her supervisors email she went into a room and had me wait there for 45 minutes never came out of the room extremely unprofessional I will never come back to this pool again

My family and I enjoyed ourselves. It was extremely fun. I would recommend to anyone.
