I went to purchase a C-300 at this dealership. The price of vehicle was a little high but since it was a smart price it was set. I tried to negotiate my trade to get closer to my price. A BMW 428i in decent shape. The sales rep. would only give me $9,500 for my car so I decided to wait for a price drop. It did drop by $500 but for some reason when I went back to the dealer my trade had also dropped. Doesn’t seem like this dealership understands the Herb Chambers customer commitment.nI found this dealership extremely difficult to deal with and doesn’t try to help a customer with a purchase. I originally went to an Herb Chambers dealer since they are supposed to be very customer focused. I did not find this was my experience at this dealership. Herb Chamber claims their mission is to help people buy cars but I genuinely tried working with them to understand why they were giving me the deal they were and instead of being fair they told me to go to another dealership... real helpful.

I rarely, if ever, write reviews. However, I regularly assess the level of service that I receive when engaging in a significant purchase. This is especially true when looking for my next vehicle. There are many reasons that I have returned to Herb Chambers over past years. Primary among them is the professionalism of Chip McCarty. Once again Chip provided the highest degree of assistance. He clearly explained to me all options; answered my questions directly and facilitated the various steps involved to expedite what otherwise could certainly be a tedious process. My experience can be described in three words, knowledge, style and delivery. Thanks Chip !

I had an excellent experience at this dealership. I’ve been reluctant about the Value of investing Mercedes until I spoke with Carlos Romero and was able to test drive one. Very informative about the cars and he knew the answer to all my questions about features construction and competing brands. I’m definitely into the brand now. Looking forward to purchasing a Mercedes soon!

I have the best experience when it comes to getting my car serviced. Mike Robinson is my service advisor and he always gives me the best advice to keep my GlS63 on the road. If it wasn’t for him I don’t think I would’ve kept this car since I was already having issues with it despite it being brand new. If you go there for service choose Mike to be your service advisor he is truly there to help people.

I never write reviews but I decided to write this one after purchasing a E 450 at the Mercedes Benz of Boston yesterday. Worked with Stephen Leung. Great experience. We were looking for something particular such as parking assistance tool, special color for the leather seats. Stephen was able to not only meet most of the requirements from us but also showed us twice for the automatic parking. We enjoyed our time at this place. Professional, amazing and patient. Thank you so much Stephen!
