Open 24 hours and 7 days a week
Good variety of equipment. Plenty of space for whatever workout you do. My only complaint would be kids running around & playing while their parents are working out. Not the fault of the gym.
Great gym! Lots of different machines, weights, and activities to help lose weight. Also, tanning beds, sweat room, and a fat measuring machine! Open 24/7!
The owner is very nice and she's always willing to work with us when we have a problem. She also gets back to us quickly when we call. She even showed me what machine's I should use, since I'm on light duty,and gave a very good tour when we signed up.
Great place! They have everything you need to obtain all your fitness goals!
