I started my son at Dunham's Martial Arts to help his focus and for the self defense. As a parent, I love to watch my son in his classes. Mr. Dunham works on the physical and the mental as every month they learn valuable lessons. I feel like I take away almost as much as my son from watching the class. I cannot wait for my youngest son to start there as well. There are classes for all ages and experience. I would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed at all.

The best place to learn the art of martial arts . My mind and body have become stronger and I am more confident in my ability to stay safe and protect those who can not protect themselves . My journey is starting to gain traction as I finish testing for my next belt . Applying the knowledge factors I have learned to my everyday life has reduced stress , helped with inner peace , and has given me alternative ways of dealing with situations . I have made friends that will last a life time

It's not just physical movement - which are cool, practical and protective. Mr. Dunham and his team adapt to best support the students. When the world changed, they added the online virtual training to continue supporting their students. From the opening mantra to the monthly character building themes, they strive for the best in themselves and the students.

Dunham Martial Arts was a great experience for our son. It helped him to learn discipline and focus.

I really appreciate the wide range of dicaplines my son benefits from while going there. Yes he learns about martial Arts and how to do the techniques but he also learns about dedication, honesty, respect and so much more. Mr. Dunham and his whole team really live the values that they teach and it shows.
