The store itself was VERY clean, well organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Their produce is fresh with a wide variety of pretty much whatever your looking for. They also have a Martin's gas station located at the left of the parking lot so not only can I pick up what groceries I need but I can also fill up on gas while I'm there which makes it very convenient because It saves me from having to make an extra stop on my way home. This is DEFINITELY one grocery store that I'll be shopping in frequently!!!

Oh my goodness. I purchase fresh crab cakes. Homemade at Martins. These fresh crab.cakes were obsolutely delicious. (

Martin's always has good sales. Their bakery and seafood is very good. Plus you can gain points to use toward money off gas or to get a free ham and free turkey.

Store was busy and they only had one register open, and they act annoyed if you ask them to check you out. I've noticed this problem at all Martin stores lately. After a certain time they have only self checkout and don't offer to even help you with your basket even if it's completely full. I feel like they should have a certain amount of items in a basket in order to ring yourself out oh, because it sucks that I'm doing all the work and they're watching me like I'm doing something wrong and stealing or something why don't they ring us out instead of making you feel like you're a convict.

Great clean store. Both locations are great! Great prices and quality in food! Customer Service is always awesome great fast check out and even in this pandemic they’ve kept there store clean, safe and stocked. Thanks so much to the staff at both martins in Hagerstown!
