Arrived at 7:45pm for an 8pm appointment. Was given a door at 8:50pm and unloading was completed at 9:40pm. Smooth process and definitely the best grocery delivery so far. I was anticipating a 5 hour disaster honestly. Follow the yellow arrows when entering at the gate and go around the lot past the bobtails and between the fuel island and maintenance shop..park..and check in with guards.
Don't be under any illusions. Unloading for appointment only. Appointment 7pm. I arrived a few hours early at 1:45 am. A nice lady recommended to try it after eight in the morning. I arrived again at 8:30 am, but another nice lady recommended me to try it after 6pm. I checked in again at 6pm. I finally got the door a few minutes before seven and got the red light half an hour later and 8:20 pm it was done. One star because Pilot was close.

When checking in drive straight in following arrows park next to security for check in. Fast in-out in half hour
Slow not interested in outside driver time lazy workers ...
