U-Pack

After my excellent experience with this service I 100% recommend them. If you need assistance with a small move then this here is your guy. U-Pack was there when I needed them the most. I needed help with a very small move across several states (MD to NY in my case) and only had less than 10 big boxes and a few extras such as a fold-up desk, desk-chair, and a fold-up exercise bike and a few more and this service was immaculate for my needs. I only needed to use one relo-cube and I love that they offer not only drop-off and pickup options, but service-center to service-center move options as well. Extremely convenient! By choosing the latter option not only was I able to save a considerable amount of money, but it was just more suitable and convenient for me because I didn't have to deal with the extra stress/worry of the nuances of them dropping the cube off at my residential street and dropping it off at the rural location I was moving to as well.nnEvery aspect of customer service was amiable and helpful from calling to asking questions/booking the move to my loading/unloading experiences at both service centers (Hagerstown, MD/ Cohoes, NY). Every staff I encountered at both service-centers were not only very helpful but they were incredibly friendly as well. The relo-cube provided had ample space for my items and the transit period was surprisingly fast. I was happy to learn once my items arrived that the service-center would be able to hold my cube for up to a week before it had to be stored, which allotted me great flexibility when it came to my move and being able to pick up my items. When I finally unloaded everything I was very happy to see everything was intact and nothing damaged; it was clear that they weren't rough when handling the transport of the cube. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience and I'm elated that my boyfriend and I discovered this service; it made my out-of-state move seamless and I am very grateful to u-pack for it. I highly recommend this service for any of your moving needs. You won't be disappointed!

U-pack is the only way to go. They drop you fill they pick up and take to your new home. The driver's have always been super nice and always made sure I didn't have any questions. Top notch moving!

They were scheduled to delivery the U Pack between 8 and 12 today, After waiting until 2p I called and was met with no responsibility, no customer service, and still expected me to pay the full boat... look elsewhere

Great experience from start to finish! I had to add a trailer when I had more than my 16' other container could hold. UPACK worked with me with just a couple days notice to get a trailer dropped. The driver was excellent explaining everything to me (ramp, bunkhead, pickup, etc). Delivery to final location was on time (early actually), and pricing was exactly as they quoted. All my household goods arrived in excellent shape and pick up the trailer was no fuss, no muss! Would DEFINITELY use these guys again. TOP NOTCH. :)

1st move 2 years ago went perfect! Very timely company! Our move a week ago was going great until at delivery the truck driver tried only one time to deliver it in driveway, then parked it in the street in our neighborhood (barely has 2 lanes) at 1pm. He finally scooted it over after my husband told him he couldn't park it in front of the mailboxes. At 9pm a police officer came by and said our belongings and the semi were about to be impounded. I was pasted to 3 people and officer to find someone to move it. He spoke to the officer and said told him it would be a while. The officer left and said if any more complaints he would still have to impound if not moved by then. We started pulling out belongings again from 930-1030 when we got a call that someone was an hour away to come pull it. The guy who came was great though and spent 37 mins getting it in our driveway. It was just a lot of unneeded caos at the end that could have been avoided. Parking a semi trailer in the middle of a street is just not legal.
