Great employees, always following COVID regulations, overall just a great experience.
This establishment is horrible. They are rude to customers, keep your money and go elsewhere.nnI was not aware of their policy regarding 24/hr cancellations. Instead of showing me the lease, I was told rather rudely that no one has ever canceled within a 24 hr period and that I was sent an email containing my lease and should have reviewed it.nnThey were confident that since there was no ping back, the email sent successfully, but no email. It turns out the error was on their part, my personal info was sent to someone else! So, I ask, if I had no lease to review how would I know those terms? At which point, I am told that my services will be canceled and that I may never revisit their establishment.nnThis is a warning to all who are considering their services. Jess and the older woman with glasses are extremely rude. That is unacceptable behavior toward a paying customer.nnJust horrible!
Great staff very easy to work with and always friendly and helpful.
