Quaint little historical park off country road right on the river. If you enjoy fishing this seems to be a great spot as there were about 6 guys attempting it here. There is a public bathroom although it was locked when we came but they did have a wheelchair accessible portapotty available. There is a small playground for kids, a covered pagoda area for picnics, and a few random grills placed around the park. There is one short trail (pictured) hidden atop the hill if you walk Left of the bridge, it just takes you to the other side of the park before the dam where the water is calm with a homemade bench for sitting.nnFun facts, across the street there's a hidden dairy farm to buy goods and a canoe, boat rental, although I didn't get the outfitters name. Dogs are permitted on leash.

Loved this little park. We visited in fall when all the trees were dropping their leaves. It was gorgeous. The crick was full and moving below the dam. Fish were jumping up out of the water near it. Above the dam there water was calmer. Beautiful area for photos. The little hiking trail was worth it as we saw numerous cool looking bugs, flowers, berries, rocks and trees.

It's nice here- clean and maintained. Restrooms, pavilion, small playground, and a welcoming space along the river. 4 stars because, although very nice for adults and young children, my oldest kid (10) was looking for more playground equipment for older kids. The swings are all safety swings for toddlers.

Quiet area with a nice walk up and down the river and waterfall. There is fishing allowed on the banks and nice place to picnic

Beautiful place to picnic beside a waterfall and serene river. A short, very fun hike to. Seems to be a popular place for fishing and tubing. Really gorgeous.
