I am going to school with black ice on the road while every other county has a delay or is closed. Whoever made the decision that this weather is suitable for driving school buses has no regard for safety.nnThank you have a good day!

READ ALL OF THIS PLEASE VERY IMPORTANT!nThis county is a joke. On Friday February 1, 2019 it was SNOWINGGGGGG from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. this has happened multiple days too. My bus was slipping and sliding EVERYWHERE, like 5 buses were late to school and when I went to walk to another building all of us were slipping and couldn’t see because SNOW WAS FALLING on our faces. Everyone was TERRIFIED to go of the bus ride home because we didn’t want to get in an accident. I couldn’t even walk home I had to call my mom to come pick me up because the ice on the road was making me slip so I couldn’t walk. When I was waiting for my bus a kid slipped and fell in the snow. I could have gotten frost bite. In fact I almost did. EVERY SINGLE TEACHER AND STAFF AND EVEN THE PRINCIPAL was COMPLAINING and was mad about this. This is ridiculous. why can’t you just add in snow days because obviously THERE ARE GOING TO BE DAYS WHERE IT SNOWS. And are you kidding me for thanksgiving, we only got 2 DAYS off. For a holiday. Just because they don’t want to waist any days. I’ve been sick for over 2 months because I can’t miss a day of school. Y’all need to get yourselves together and add in snow days and maybe give a little more time for A HOLIDAY BREAK. But we didn’t even get a 2 hour delay. What the heck if wrong with all of you. The next time it snows we better get off. DO YOUR JOB PLEASE AND THANKYOU. I’ve heard so many people saying that they want to sue your guys and the principal WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL. THEY WOULDNT LET US LEAVE EARLY EITHER. I’m tired of y’all making go to school when snow is stuck to my eyelashes and my feet frozen and my hands about to have frostbite. InDon’t even want to have a day off anymore, I just don’t want to go to school when I can’t even walk to my bus stop. All you need to fix this and it’s a simple solution. Also it was 5 degrees when I was walking to my bus stop and it was like that for the whole day. It takes me five minutes to power walk to my bus stop. Think of safety instead of getting more days at the end of the school year. You aren’t doing your job.
