The customer service is terrible. When you come in person, there are applications upfront and drop box. The office closed their doors to their customers due to COVID-19.

No one answers the phone. My case worker's mailbox is full. I can't get access to an account online (it doesn't recognize anything as a log in, and won't let me register online). I literally can't get anything done because no one is ever available. How am I supposed to renew my benefits? I mailed in the documents, but I have a letter saying they were never received and it's threatening to cut off our SNAP benefits. I've literally been trying to reach someone since August.

This place is a joke!!! I do not recommend dealing with this place at all... they lie to you and they have a huge attitude problem... they will screw you over in a heartbeat... they do not care about the people what so ever... they do them and that's it... they will give you a case worker that never calls you or doesn't even exsist... they tell you they call you when they don't... they mail everything out late so you get in trouble... biggest joke ever!!!

I never had a problem til this COVID 19 happened. After trying for days to contact my worker I finally went into the office, frustrated like everyone else, and found out that right now no one is in the office but like 4 people and security guards. I was told everyone is working from home due to COVID 19. Its better to go in person but you have to wait outside (regardless of weather) til they pull you in to help. The day I went the poor worker asked 2 simple questions, did anyone need an application? and is anyone turning in papers? only to get bombarded by people as if they were vultures attacking their prey.

This place just re-opened, but you can go in one at a time. They didn't look happy to see anyone. There was a line of people waiting outside. Fortunately, it was a nice day. This place is never a happy experience, but they did move the line quickly.
