Amazing customer service !nThe price is CRAZY ; but I got a complementary wash after. I was late to my appointment and I mean two hours late and they STILL was able to put my battery in my truck. A lot of people said not to go to this shop because they charge a arm and a leg for any and everything and that I can agree with but at the end of the day I know my Benz was worked on by professionals and has been since I purchased it. My husband and I are satisfied at this point. Believe I will update if anything changes my mind other wise I’m for this business
Took my 2021 C63S in to have the AC looked at and have the break in service completed. They were able to figure out why my ac was blowing hot air and fixed the problem within 2 hours. They all were very professional and helped me every step of the way. Alex was very professional and put my mind at ease knowing that they put pride in there work. A trait very hard to come by these days.
