Prime Autos of Hagerstown is a great place to buy a car! I would recommend them to anyone! I just recently bought a VW and I could not be more satisfied with their customer service, assistance, and guidance in my first car financing purchase. They are a family owned business and again I highly recommend them!

I’ve had the best experience with Prime Auto! I don’t know a ton about cars but they were very helpful in finding the perfect car! They make the process of buying a car very easy!! Definitely recommend checking them out!

Very bad customer service!!! My boyfriend and I drove to this dealership to see a specific car. We had no problems finding it and actually seeing the car, when the salesman came out of the building to talk to us about the car it went okay at first. He backed the car up so we could see the inside better and we really liked it and wanted to go for a test drive (like you do when you want to buy a car at any other dealership) the salesman refused to let us go on a test drive and said people were just coming to drive this car around because it was build and “fast” and that’s why we couldn’t drive the car but he said he would drive it for us. Now who wants to buy a car that they have not drove... keep in mind we were going to be trading in a 500hp built car in exchange for his 300ph car. He was very rude when we asked why we couldn’t go for a test drive. It’s not like he couldn’t go with us we just wanted to see if we liked the car. He did apologize later but he was very arrogant and rude about the whole situation.

My son recently bought a beautiful black VW. I love his car and so does he. In fact very soon I will be their myself to view your wonderful selection of VW. In sure I will be a customer and a owner of a VW very soon.nnGood work wonderful staff.
