We bought a 2017 F150 from these guys and I can’t say enough good about them. Super-friendly, have us a great deal on our trade-in, handled the transaction super fast and we’re very friendly.nnWe actually got the three year warranty on top of our existing warranty and are happy with all of it.nnAwesome place. My experience was very straightforward. I found a used car online. The car online was exactly what I saw in the lot and test drove. I had a younger salesperson but that was not a problem. He was polite, answered my questions, and made the process as easy as purchasing a car can be. I would recommend this dealership if looking for a used car. If you find your car through another app or website and it's at Fitzgerald's give them a shot.
I stopped in to look at some Jeeps. Me and my fiancé were approached by Randy Parsons. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and patient with us while we tried to decide on which vehicle we wanted. He took the time to show us all available Jeep’s within our price range. After some test drives we found the perfect Jeep. He is an amazing salesman and genuinely tries to put you in the vehicle you want. He also made sure he got us the best possible interest rate and monthly payment. I would highly recommend coming here to purchase your next vehicle.
Took my 2015 Chrysler 200 in for an oil change today. Received my car back about an hour later. Drove home which is about a mile down the road from the dealership. All appeared to be fine. Get back into my car to get dinner, and my check engine light is now on. Ive owned the car since September of 2020, and the check engine light has never came on. Immediately take it back to dealership and they scanned it and told me that it’s a “emissions related code”, and its “unrelated to the oil change”. I’m sure the guy is paid to say stuff like that. I find it HIGHLY unlikely that my car was just fine before I brought it to them, and about 2 hours after leaving them my check engine light is on. It’s almost like they couldn’t find anything wrong with my car to get more money out of me, so they purposefully did something to my car so I would bring it back to them.nnUPDATE (03/31/2021): One of the service manager’s reached out to me yesterday. He offered to look at my vehicle and figure out what’s wrong with it at no cost. He also explained to me that my vehicle might still be under a emissions warranty, so depending on what problem might be it’s possible the repair might be covered as well. So I have changed my 1 star, to 3 stars at this time. I am pleased that the service manager reached out to me and is at least attempting to correct the issue.
