Best smoothie I ever had and food too. Fast and quick on both and Efficient. Customer service is excellent and good manners. Rather go here then martinsburg one.
The order I was picking up was supposed to be ready for pickup. It wasn't!! I had to wait. The manager (middle aged man) is incredibly rude and also touched his mask several times and then went back to preparing food without washing his hands. Absolutely disgusting!
Had to wait 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me in the building. I was the only customer in there. After buying a smoothie, I asked to use the restroom and explained that I had driven 2 hours to get to this area for an event, I was told the restrooms are not for the public. ud83eudd14 I'm a PAYING customer. Not what I call great customer service.
Best mango magic and tasty. Good customer service and always have your back no matter what. Fast and quick on food and smoothie.
I am a little difficult by being indecisive on what i want sometimes.nHowever the Customer Service there are very patient, efficient and pleasant.nI changed up my smoothie ingredients a little to my choice and they wonderfully prepared it.nI was very pleased and my friend i treated was as well.nSeriously i came back inside to give another tip.nnThank you all at Tropical Smoothie Cafe .
