Great Location! Great Service! I work from home and appreciate a quick stop with my pup in tow in the morning. Staff are friendly and my order comes out fast!
I just went here (the new one on Sharpsburg Pike), went inside, and also used the bathroom. Yes, my coffee and donut are fine. But the atmosphere in there is like the living dead. Why are the employees so somber? They barely spoke. There was just no happiness. Just very unpleasant place to be. I normally tip Dunkin employees, but I'm not tipping people who acted like I shouldn't be there. Also the bathroom is kind of gross. Get some life in these people!
I ordered hot coffee at 7:00 p.m. in the drive-thru with two traditional donuts. Sharpsburg Pike South a little ways I took the first stip. The coffee was not even lukewarm. I understand that it's a new location and so forth but old cold coffee served is below the standard for even a new location.
Staff seem friendly here and they have quick service, which is very nice when in a rush.
