Usually I have great service and my drinks are always what I order. Today I went in and got my usual Venti Salted Caramel Cold Brew , lessnWater, no ice, extra coconut milk and cold foam. The drink I got was just the cold brew with a splash of coconut o milk no cold foam or anything and tons of ice. I’m pretty disappointed ud83dude22 and I go to this Starbucks at least 3 times a week.
I love their frappuccinos!!! I like of course the holiday flavor thats only there at Christmas time. So the lady seen how sad i was about the changed menu, so she made me the drink i wanted anyway!! Aww that just made my day. Also everytime I have been there the workers are very polite and inviting. If you have not tried the ham and cheese croissant, o my please do you will not be disappointed!!
I just witnessed one of the managers- A dark haired older lady be extremely rude to one of her employees and even a customer. It’s one thing to take your job seriously but another to scold them like a child in front of paying customers. Shame on you.
Clean , wonderful folks and as always great energy/atmosphere and recipes....and coffee blessed coffee !!
Same great quality you know and love from star bucks! Very friendly staff
