The comments are consistent with the behavior of the pharmacy staff. I did not see the name of the girl who attended me but she was rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly. I'll never come back here again.
Love coming here, but saw 2 people already not wearing mask in there and workers said nothing.
I had a great experience at the drive thru window at this paticular Walgreens. This store has always been my favorite here in Las Cruces. The employees are helpful and will track down products in the back to see if there might be more available when I find the shelf is bare. And they are quick to give me a raincheck if they can't find any product left in the back. Always nice front cashiers and the managers are great and helpful too. The pharmacy staff are great too!
Never will i trust Walgreens again this store keeps calling me to tell me wifes meds are ready then when i arrive i get a differant excuse why its not ready 5 trips later still no meds for wife transferred all scrips elsewhere Good bye walgreens!!
I went to the store to reload a card. I told the cashier. I want to do a card loaded. She ask me how much. I gave the amount. The cashier expected to hand over the cash before doing the transaction and the purchase fee. So I told her I thought you need to do the transaction to process to reload the card along with purchase fee and taxes all at once. So, she said no I need the money now! I hand over the money. Then did the transaction. Hand over additional money for purchase fee and taxes. The manager needs to retraining the staff and provide good customer service. Next card reload. I preferred to go to another store where there will provide good quality customer services.
