Worst place to work for! wouldn't put my loved one in any of their houses. Some staff are VERY rude to clients and I have addressed it to office, but nothings done. JOKE. Front office receptionist has attitude all the time. Would never recommend this place. The Staff that have been there get mad about OT being taken and run the new employees out and they wonder why they're always hiring !!!!!!!! LEARN TO LISTEN TO THE NEW EMPLOYEES COMING IN!

ARC is the best place to work

This is a great organization with well meaning and dedicated staff performing an important service for the community. Like any organization there is always room for improvement and the organization is focused on moving forward.

Please understand the office is really a joke !!!!! There gonna tell you what you want to hear!!! Believe that!!! As an employee I truly loved the people I worked with ..But arc the office that’s a joke ! I truly don’t understand how the state of Maryland keeps this joke going! The individuals we work with don’t have a say in what they want !! That’s a lie !! They do what they want with no regards to the people we should be supporting! Sad to say I will never recommend anyone to arc!! Reason I will fare for they life!!!

Passed background checks and the like, overqualified if anything, and was turned away based on thc in my system in a state that decriminalized it. To lose good workers because of personal bias towards lifestyles is fooling arc.
