Very accommodating for those with appointments. Deals with Legal Cases. Centrally located downtown Hagerstown.
Court did not provide a fair trail and is bias. Judge treated me as guilty till proven innocent. This court accepted hearsay as evidence. This court is not interested in accurate evidence and testimony. This court disregarded my right's and did not treat me asna human being. Also the court favors the abuse that the sheriff infected and condoned sheriff's obsessive force. This court also supports the abuse of the mental ill and making me homeless. Don't look for justice at this kangaroo court!
