I had the most wonderful experience at Shaffer Ford! Mickey was a pleasure to work with, along side with Rachel as they took the time to explain everything to me. Our salesman Mickey Chapman was absolutely phenomenal to work with! We were able to purchase our 2020 F-150 FX4 without any hiccups or hassle. We were never pressured, felt in control, and were allowed to choose our options within our budget. I wish I had come to Timbrook Ford in Oakland much sooner.
