The service department and sales showroom does not have one employee who is wearing a mask - violating state mandate. They are allowing customers to sit in the waiting room without masks. I have an immune disorder so I couldn’t safely be in the building. And now I have to worry about the workers who have been in my car without safely equipment. When I called out their disregard for the health and safety of all customers, they did not care. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.nnFollow up: Spoke with the GM. He apologized and said they’d do better. I ended up meeting with a salesman who was very nice. I decided to trade in my car and buy a new one. I already had financing. The salesman totally blew me off. Never gave me a proper quote on the car or replied to my request for an approval get my trade in appraised. I guess he wasn’t interested in selling a car. I’ll buy somewhere else.
