Mark was at the service desk when I walked in. He addressed me by my name. I was impressed. I appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. Mark also let me know that I would need new tires soon. Glad he mentioned it so I can start to save for that event!nI brought a book to read since the recall on my Terrain would take some time.nHowever, I wish there were more channels on the TV as I like to watch HGTV but I know how expensive cable is.
I purchased the new truck in 2016 from Mr. Jeff Groves and I believe I was treated very fair. The latest service was to repair a slow leak at the oil pan seal. The issue was repaired under warranty and I was well pleased. I did not have to enter the facility due to me quarantining to avoid Covid-19 which was appreciated.
