This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to. Best one in the entire Garrett County area. The food was fresh and hot and tasted the best it could from a fast food restaurant. The ice cream machine is never broken, as it usually is at every other McDonald's and the workers are very sweet and caring. Would 10/10 recommend as the best McDonald's around.
Worst McDonalds I ever been to in my life. First of all me and my friends all got an order of fries and I got a medium fry which they didn’t even fill the medium container all they way. My mom got a small fry and she got more fries than I did. My other friends got large fries with the same result as I did. They might as well have given us small fries. Also I ordered a double cheese burger and these employees couldn’t even make it correctly. It’s supposed to be cheese, patty cheese, patty. Instead, they did cheese, patty, patty, and then cheese. My other friends didn’t even get pickles on their burgers. I was very disappointed with this McDonald’s experience and it definitely needs to change.
I have been there 2 times this week. The WORSE food i have ever ate. Actually couldnt even eat the french fries...they were all dried up like they had been there all day. My big mac was cold same as my fish . on a good note workers at windows were nice.
The cashier acted like she didn't want to be there and very rude.
Fast, clean, and friendly staff. Need healthier options
