Armando Laconte is a wonderful tax expert- very efficient and welcoming. That being said, the prices H&R Block charge for submitting forms are outrageous. For example, I'm charged for submitting a form proving I have health insurance however if I don't prove I have health insurance, I get a penalty. I also think there should be some sort of sliding scale system for customers who are low-income, have a ridiculously low return coming back to them, or have exorbitant medical fees. Tax season can be a time some look forward to, maybe getting back some money they so desperately need. My taxes are extremely straight-forward and uncomplicated and yet I had to pay $208 for a half-hour session. As delightful and truly wonderful as Armando is (and should be recognized as an exemplary employee), I'm considering just doing my taxes myself next year despite having had H&R Block do my taxes for the past 16 years. That $208 is about 5-6 months of groceries for me and I just can't afford it.

My Tax professional is knowledgeable, honest, very helpful. He answers all my questions. I feel helped, satisfied, and happy that my taxes are done when we finish.
