Before COVID I had a nice consultation with them about preparing my taxes. After COVID, I left multiple messages and sent emails and got no response at all. It's been a month and I still haven't heard back.

I started working with Erick Lans in late 2019 to make sure I had plenty of time to file my taxes.nNot only did he not do anything but he then referred me to Zeinada Faller in late April 2020 and she stopped replying to my emails early May 2020. I ended up going with another tax advisor company but H&R was the worst experience I ever had. The level of unprofessionalism is unparalleled.nComplete waste of time.
