This company was awesome to work with. From speaking with Peter (the owner), or Matt (the VP), and an additional delivery driver, their professionalism was as good as it gets. Not only in how they spoke, but their skill and quality of work was outstanding. And all that at a lower cost to any competitors... trust me, I research everything and this was no exception. They exceeded my expectations and I cannot recommend them enough!

Our experience with the UNITS Moving and Portable Storage company was exemplary. From the beginning, they were very professional and very detailed about how everything would be handled. We spoke with Peter to set up when our storage units would arrive and be picked up, and he was very flexible and accommodating to help work with our schedule. Drop-offs and pick-ups of the storage units were thorough and on time. Upon moving in to our new home, Matt was extremely helpful in making sure our storage units were delivered at times that best suited our needs. Throughout the whole process, we were treated in a kind and respectable manner. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in the process of moving between homes or simply need a storage unit for their items. Absolutely fantastic service. Very responsive, and able to adapt when schedules change. We had to reschedule things three different times due to weather, and they were fantastic about it every time.

Having our floors refinished required storing large furniture items out of the house. Decided on renting a storage container delivered to home. After the usual internet reviews, decided UNITS of Baltimore provided best offer for renting a container with delivery service. Others' offers were $50 or more expensive. Contacted directly by owner to review service contract and arrangements. Very professional and friendly interactions; no hidden gotchas. Delivery and pick up of container was hassle-free. This is a local company and I highly recommend them for renting temporary storage. A+ service.

We used UNITS Moving and Portable Storage for our recent move and had a wonderful experience. The customer service was phenomenal! Moving, buying/selling a home is stressful enough and they helped take away this one major added stress. I cannot go on enough about the customer service and communication. From the beginning phone call, to making the arrangements and details, to the drop off and pickup of our unit, EVERYONE was amazing. I cannot recommend this company enough. My expectations were far exceeded and I would not only recommend, but would not even think twice about using them again. Thank you everyone at UNITS for such a great experience!
