Amazing customer service. Katie went out of her way to check up on me, to make sure I was still vacating the storage unit. I missed my original date. She wanted to update me to insure I wouldn't have to pay for an extra month I didn't need. I had totally forgotten the payment was coming up. Thank you so much Katie for saving me $100. All of the staff are professional and helpful. I will recommend and do more business in the future.
The staff has been super nice ! The gate has ALWAYS been closed and entrance can only be gained by customers assigned codes, which helps to ease my mind some. On the other hand, while my storage unit was near the rear of the facility, I dont ever recall seeing any camera's on the outside of the buildings. I never seen many people in the lot at the same time anyway and the fencing very secure so it's safe to say that I felt at ease storing my belongings there.
What a positive experience. I had never rented storage and didn't know what to expect. I rented a small unit on a Sunday morning and within a half hour, Katie called me to make sure everything was fine. I went to the storage unit about an hour later and there was a bag with my lock, storage info and a thank you card from Katie. Top notch customer service! Wish I had thought to do this a long time ago.
Katie has been absolutely incredible!!! Not only did she stay open late to help me drop my work car off but helped walk me through everything with kindness and grace! If there were only more workers like Katie and Gary in this world!
This particular CubeSmart is fabulous. I love the convenience of being able to drive into the building and unload. But like every business it’s all about the staff. Both Rick and Katie were great to work with and made the rental process easy and quick!
