RightAway Storage was truly exactly what I was looking for. I needed a last minute storage unit when I decided to move out of the DC area, and the process from finding their services to watching the truck drive off was extremely smooth. It was great that they provided movers and a truck to take to the storage unit, all I had to do was tell them what was going. The movers were great, so kind and customer centered, they made sure I was taken care of. The management was great as well. They answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. Their entire system is extremely smooth and I would recommend their service to anyone.
This storage place is in a convenient location and the service there is impeccable..the associates there were nice and sociable. This place is new and so clean which is a plus!! The unit I rented was spotless. After hours is convenient and the motion activated lights were hot..they even have restrooms on every floor of the storage space!! Nice!!
RightAway Storage is one of the best storage companies I have visited in my search for a unit.nThe building is very clean. The only company that I found with a power surge in some units.nBarry Shealey the General Manager is amazing. He was very helpful and the reason I made my final decision to rent with RightAway.
The reservation and check-in process was seamless at RightAway. Barry was incredibly helpful and accommodating, giving us a tour of the facility prior to signing our contract. He even found us a unit that was closer to the loading dock despite our reservation being for a unit further away. We are pleased with the services at RightAway!
GM Barry Stealey is fantastic. My wife and I have a unit here. It is clean, well maintained and conveniently located. We have had a terrific experience. I love how the building is always playing good music, even when there's no one else there. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. i've used other storage places in Baltimore before, and this one stands out as the best.
