I applied online. It was easy to select the unit of my choice. I visited the Laurel location for a personal inspection and to gather more information. Shawn showed me the unit and offered suggestions based on my requirements. He communicated ever aspect of the agreement in a clear concise manner. He answered all my questions. I was looking for a nice, safe and clean location to store my motorcycle, when I gave this location a call.nMy search was over after talking with Mr. Mark. Mr. Mark made sure that everything I was looking for, I would get that at this location. So to make a long story short give Mr. Mark a call if you are looking to store your belongings.
I just started to rent a unit at Route 1. Mark was very friendly, and professional. He made sure my questions were answered and said that he was available if I needed any help in the future. The office was very clean and organized and the rental process was quick and simple. I truly believe that he cared about my experience, and enjoyed his job. I would certainly recommend this location to anyone.
