Some of their employees doesn't have customers relationship character, some very rude.
Please don't bother with this place at all!!! Go ask a friend, a neighbor, an associate to use their basement before putting you belongings in here it's the worst and so is the staff! Go somewhere where they will have respect for your patronage this place isn't it. I wish I had known but now I do...never again!!!
I've had my things there for a long time plus have shifted lockers twice . This third time there's been a lot of confusion on my end and they've done their usual super job. I don't live as close as I used to but still have my things there.
Very bad service from this spanish speaking lady you work there very rude does not know how to treat people even if they speak the same language is very sad when this people they know you have hard time trying to talk to them in english
Water dripped all over my stuff from the ceiling and caused black mold to grow on everything. Of course I had to throw my stuff away, and I am very heartbroken about it! I pay $170 a month to ez storage!!! And my property I worked very hard for is DESTROYED!!! And it’s not even my fault! Never again!!!!!!!!! And want a refund!!!!
