Good rates for the units. Staff is helpful and available if you have any questions about anything.nUnits are clean and the security of the facility is good, as far as your items being safe.
Each door is independently wired. You enter your gate code + your door disarms, rearming again w/ code @exit. No climate control's made up for w/ 24-hr access available by a Community-Owned Business, not a Corporation.
The rates are way too high for how terrible the storage facility is. The units are rat infested. You cannot store your items here if you do not want to lose them. Even if you get the insurance there is a 100% chance you will have to make a claim. My items became a rat hotel, covered in fecal matter urine and who knows what else.nnWhen I told the front desk about it she just blew me off and said I should have got insurance. Like Who expects rats to chew through a ceiling coating all your belongings in drywall poop and pee. Ridiculous.
They are the cheapest storage place around and the manager alway's gives me a call when my rent is due so I don't have to pay a late payment!!
