I just wanted to note that working with Paula was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had. My storage needs changed but I wanted to stay with Extra Space Storage for convenience, Paula was very accommodating and helped make the transition smooth and virtually seamless. She’s a true professional and has a great personality. I would highly recommend using this location and working with Paula for any of your storage needs.
This was my first time inquiring about renting a storage unit. Customer service was excellent. She took her time going over everything that I needed to know about renting. After showing my storage unit, we went back and did the paperwork. Explain everything page by page upon me signing the contract. What I like about everything, the nice lady said now we are going back and see if you can open up the storage and put in your code to get in the unit.nExcellent customer service.
Thanks to Shawn this morning, My wife and I were able to secure a new storage space within 30 minutes while Sean was multitasking, answering the phones, taking payments, and helping us. He was very efficient, kind and helpful.nWould definitely recommend Extra Storage Space ce to all our friends and colleagues.!!
