Well I was pleasantly surprised to get someone so down to earth. I'm sorry sure if you are supposed to put names down but I do know her name was Paula and she never lost her patience because I have a hard time understanding legal jargon and I asked her to explain it to me. She was overall very professional and very sweet. If I dealt with more people like her in other places I'd be willing to spend money there as well. Thanks for all your help with all my B.S. I love this place, very safe, very clean, great prices, and I couldn't of had a better overall customer experience like the one that I had today. The manager was great, she aloud me to switch my storage unit to a different size, one that worked better for me get in and out of. I have been a customer for about a year-and-a-half now. I've always had a pleasant experience dealing with the manager and the young lady Paula that works the front desk. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat. This is over all the best storage place that I have ever rented from. I would highly recommend anyone to go there if they ever needed a storage unit.nSincerely, David Burton

Great customer service! Paula helped us find a unit that was perfect for our move and it was a great experience AGAIN because we just moved from an Extra Space in Long Island. We’re very happy we stuck with extra space. Facility was again secured and the building was clean and the carts were a big big plus! Definitely go with them.
