Staff and management are constantly in a state of flux. Emails and calls are not responded to and the payment system does not work. They do not follow legal responsibilities and auction off your stuff without notice despite repeated attempts to pay and move out. Their record keeping is questionable at best. Abysmal management and worse customer service.nIn addition, the units are gross disrepair. Rust and battered and broken structures and doors, damaged fencing, overgrowth of weeds around perimeter, bad driveways, and garbage are prevalent. Moisture and powder mildew, insects, vermin, and strange white powdery substances are all over your stuff.
Seriously, couldn't be better. Wonderful management, competitive rates
