We have had zero problems or issues with our storage needs. Extra Space made the process easy, affordable and our belongings stayed safe and secure. Very courteous staff with phone calls and questions. The site is clean and very well maintained.
The Extra Space Storage at the 8207 Veterans Hwy location highly meets my expectations. They have excellent Customer Service and provide quick responses to my concerns. This Facility is Clean and Well Maintained. The Manager, Phil is excellent in determining the size of the unit as per your description, needs and budget. He took the time with me over the phone to help me set-up auto pay. There is a person on the premises 24/7 which makes me feel secure when I am on the premises during after hours. I would Highly Recommend this Extra Space Location. Thank you Phil
Phil was super helpful on the phone while my unit was reserved and then also in-office during the official rental of the unit I needed. Was happy to let me see the unit and helped me gaged whether what I was storing would fit or not prior to signing anything. Unit itself was clean. It was a relief to learn that they treat the units with bug barrier in between each rental but he also had no problem with me putting down my own for peace of mind. Phil was accommodating, informative and personable. The whole process was easy and took no time at all.
The management team and staff and awesome! Property is super clean and well run. Drive up units are very well priced and well maintained. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a unit in Millersville.
Completely rented online, lock was waiting in super clean unit when we got there. Clean lot, excellent customer service. Only complaint: no light in unit.
