I was forced to file a complaint with the State in an effort to get funds out of an investment. Despite numerous and repeated requests to liquidate, both Mr. Crowley's office and the Edward Jones headquarters dragged their heels and failed to act in my best interest. It was very easy to put money in to an Edward Jones account, much harder to get it back out.
