The parents are snobs. They will appear to be friendly, then be unkind about you behind your back, especially if you don't meet up to their 'standards' with your clothing, nails, hair and make up. Not to mention the latest gadgets and clothing that your children need to have. You may have just bought a lovely blouse for your daughter, only to have her friends tell her 'it is so last year'. Be prepared to spend endlessly trying to keep up with the ever changing fads, and if you don't your child will be sidelined and told by class mates that she doesn't meet their standards.

Type of school where you are more likely to get sued than shot. Divorce rates super high, almost as high as the kids GPAs. Not a place for depressed fellas

I thought this was a nice school. I guess this teaches me Not To believe Fake News about this school. Sad!

The teachers are very good however unless they are a history or AP Govt teacher why are they permitted to spew their unsolicited left wing political opinions to a student that doesn't exactly have the option of clicking them off or changing the channel? This is not only unprofessional but not fair to the kids and it needs to be changed.nnAlso- you have the kids of entitlement that think because their parents are doing well in the careers and worth millions that they are superior to the children of lessor means. So let me get this straight, if your parents don't own a home on the water in Linsted or Round bay the kid is a piece of crap and that's exactly how they are treated. The brow beating and social network bullying at SPHS are a HUGE problem. Having one of the nations highest suicide rates is nothing to be proud of! Lok it up if you don't believe me. Imagine the guilt on your child that is participating in these bullying tactics if something happens to the child they are abusing? Oh- did I leave out the drug use? I'm sorry parents just keep giving your kids that allowance because little Johnny or Mary isn't going to use it to buy drugs with at all. Did you know that drug overdose is now the leading cause of death in this country?I mean really parents. WTFU will you and get down off your high horse and spend some real time with your kids before its too late. Who knows maybe the life you save is your kids!
