Trash HS. Looks like and feels like a prison.
Was able to finish a year here with good grades but nearly lost my mind in the process. No attention to gang activity, jumping, and fighting. Teachers work well with (most) students.
I went there for my freshman year and I'm not gonna lie, it's the WORST high school I've been to. The community was absolutely atrocious. Glad I don't go there anymore.
Most of the teachers are either new or have been teaching at Meade for their entire life. A popular language class (Arabic) got removed from this school, and no new language classes popped up.On the subject of teachers, about 2 of my 8 teachers are actually competent at their jobs. The rest either don't care, don't know how to teach, or can't speak proper English. Please, consider any alternative school to Meade. It just plain sucks.
