Very surprising in a good way. Good marked trails lead you through a wide range of terrain and bring you to an old reservoir. This is good for walking or mountain biking. I highly recommend it!

We got great exercise hiking up and down the ridges. The woods were alive with Robins going after the Holly berries. Around the solar facility we saw quite a few Bluebirds, and some Flickers and Woodpeckers

The trails are dangerous in some spots. Like fall down a steep incline dangerous because the trail is only 2 feet wide and muddy dangerous. The permit thing is ridiculous. Go to another park to get a permit to use this park? This is not good for dogs, running, or biking, just walking.

Great place for biking and hiking natural trails. About 11 miles cut in all by volunteers. No parking inside Waterworks without annual pass but plenty of parking near entrance off Housely Road.

Fun park with access to trails. Easy parking and let friendly. Trails are narrow so watch for bikes but everyone we encountered was very polite and careful while passing.
