I had a consultation with Mr. Englander over the phone. My issue was related to a warranty / contract issue which he shared with me that was not his area of practice. He gave me advice based on his educational experience and referred me to 2 lawyers who did practice in the area related to my case. I appreciate his candid approach and that he still have me his advice.

I was looking for a Landlord Tenet lawyer to deal with an issue I had at an apartment community where my apartment kept flooding and black mold kept appearing and made me feel unsafe to live. I had a free consultation with Leonard via the phone and he gave me steps to implement to get my apartment building to stop trying to charge me lease break fees. He was incredibly honest and I wish I called him before I took my own actions because he would have been a great resource a lot earlier in this saga. I was able to use what he told me to get the apartment building to comply and I was only responsible for paying for the days I live there. I highly recommend Leonard!
