Went there to look for a new vehicle because mine was totaled. Test drove 4 vehicles and 3 out of the 4 had issues. One was jumping and stuttering, the second had a flat/low tire pressure and the last it’s AWD was over heating.nnThe sales rep was extremely embarrassed and was very nice about the whole situation. The manager however made excuses and wasn’t sympathetic at all. It seemed like the sales rep was more upset than the manager.nnJust was overall shocked about the whole situation
