The owner (of A&R Auto at 7605 Quarterfield Rd) withheld titling fee information that felt like a bait and switch. The car would not start the same day of purchase and the owner said he would handle it no problem. Once we learned that the car needed a new fuel pump we took it to his mechanic who was going to charge $500. Only then did he say he would split it with us and not fully take care of the repair. We eventually agreed but he proceeded to call the mechanic and ask for a used part and for the savings to come off his portion of the bill. The mechanic told us this as he felt it wasn’t ethical. We contact the owner and he simply proceeded to yell and hang up the phone. An overall horrendous experience and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. The owner is not truthful and is not willing to follow through on his word.
