I had a great experience here buying my first car! The team at Criswell Edgewater never made me feel pressured and were very friendly. Despite some hiccups we were able to get the process done smoothly and I got a great deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

I was shopping months for a gently used one owner vehicle for my teenage daughter that wasn't overpriced and that checked all the boxes. I found online a vehicle that I bought within a couple of days here at Criswell. I have driven before past this place many times and it’s the kind of place that if you don’t pull in you won’t know what they have. This dealer has way better prices than any dealer on West Street which is maybe seven minutes away. Every vehicle on the lot was in fantastic shape. If I find myself looking for another car next year I am making a bee line to this dealer. I'm not much for compliments but I have to say Garrett's honest approach won me over along with Scott. It was a good experience overall. Thanks guys!

This place was a surprise gem to find. The inventory had a variety of what I was looking for and the staff was more than accommodating to what I was looking for. They didn't have the right car for me at that time but Dave and Scott contacted me once they found something I was looking for. There attention to detail and service was more than enough to make finding my car a more than pleasant experience. Thanks guys and ill be back to find my daughter a car soon!
