Overall very happy with my experience at Easterns. I approached by the salesman, Anthony, who was very tactful and friendly. I was interested in an F-150 that I honestly didn't think I would be able to make a deal with even with my trade in. However between Anthony and the managerial staff, I was able to bring home an amazing new (to me) truck. Also big shout out to Peggy, one of the financial office staff who made the paperwork a breeze and helped streamline a process between myself and my bank. She and Anthony made this one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had.
I have purchased different vehicles from a variety of dealerships but I can easily say that my experience at Eastern Motor was a cut above the rest. The prices and quality of the cars are amazing and the customer service is exceptional. Broadus Bill Mason went out of his way from the moment we made the appointment. He made sure that the cars we were interested in were transported on time and upfront waiting for us. He even sent updated pictures before our arrival. Once we arrived he welcomed us with the car fax report. Bill is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He answered all our questions in detail and always gave us reasonable expectations when speaking about our financing options. If you need a good car at a good price and good customer service, you have found the right place to come.
My experience at Eastern Motors was amazing. Broadus came out introduced himself...we told him what we were looking for...within an hour we had a new car. He made this experience easy for me and husband easy. I would definitely come back to him again.
