Starbucks the company gets a 5 star rating from me. This singular experience at this specific store gets 4 stars. Drive through service was slow on the Sunday afternoon I visited. The drink I ordered and paid for in the app was not received by them yet showed up ordered and paid for in the app. They were quick to make the drink but that added to the long wait I already experienced.
The managers of the store Pheobe and Teddy were a great help! They were kind and fast and I could tell they were smiling behind their mask! This is by far my favorite starbucks!nnI came back and I was shocked to see how the store operates under the older female manager.(the one with curls who was sitting in the back playing on her phone) With a line of cars in the drive through wrapping around the corner I felt bad for the baristas, one was working on the window while the other was working the register rushing to get drinks made.
went through the drive-thru and i asked the guy that was working if he could make me his favorite drink, and he didn’t even question it! i love the drink he made! they were super friendly!
A good Starbucks. They try to get you through the drive through quickly without being rude. I really like it!
Mango Dragonfruit is delicious.
