They have the BEST iced lattes. After picking up a mobile order that I thought was incorrect, I called to clarify my order. The manager on duty was beyond professional, courteous, and patient while I figured out I put the order in wrong. She was incredible, I was beyond embarrassed, and the drinks are still delicious. I definitely recommend Ceremony coffee over any coffee establishments around!
Coffee is good. Professional baristas make your coffee with fresh roasted coffee beans. However, the cafe is super dirty. You’ll see the dust and bread crumbs all over the floor, chairs and the tables. This kind of shows how they manage hygiene. Hopefully they care the cleanliness of their cafe as much as their coffee.
very cute little coffee shop with tons of places to sit, unfortunately we were there during a busy time and had to sit in the windowsill. The lattes were very tasty and cute. It wasn't the best latte ever but it was definitely unique and worth stopping in.
The service was so fast, and it made me impress with them. I couldn't ask for more from them! They are the best! Five stars for the excellent service! I was so happy with the taste of their cappuccino and their red velvet cake. The taste was so delectable and satisfying. Strongly recommended to everyone!
Ceremony is not what it once was. If you want run of the mill coffee and stereotypical barista service that’s what you’ll get. But it’s well worth ordering your 3rd wave beans online from elsewhere.
