Urban Air Adventure Park

I went on a Saturday evening for a birthday party that started at 7. There was police presence at the door. There was a mix of little ones to young adults inside. There was a lot of people, however there was enough space to keep your distance as much as you like. The attractions are great. I would never take my seven year old back during this time of day. I would try it again during the week or earlier hours.

I wish I could leave a negative star review. This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Our group tried to cancel our reservation due to worry about the quality of this place and the lack of covid protocols. We were unable to cancel and, to add insult to injury, were told we couldn’t get a refund. We were told no refunds by the manager of this location and the corporate number. One of our friends then emailed the customer service form on the website and didn’t even SPECIFICALLY REQUEST a refund and STILL got a full refund. We then tried the same thing and guess what? We were told “no refunds” yet again. This place is awful and the staff are liars. Do not give them your money or card info. This place shouldn’t be in business.

Great family fun, everyone enjoyed the activities, all the employees were encouraging us to try out things telling us about safety, cleaning. Thank you to all the staff that clapped for us and encouraged us.nnTeam work at its bestnnVisit 4/9, 12-2 crew.

The concept of the park is great. They definitely have a variety of activities for kids to do.nAdditionally, it isn’t as crowded as you would expect it to be as they’re limited to 25% capacity.nnThat being said, it also seems like they’re functioning with 25% staffing. A young lady waiting at the ropes course for 20 minutes for a staffer to come and unhook her. My son stood in line for 1 hour to finally ride the Skyrider. For a 2HR park reservation, that’s an excessively long time to wait in line and only one staffer managing the line. As a result, kids who weren’t initially in line were skipping others. At this rate, he may only ride the Skyrider twice before the staff on the intercom tells us we have to leave.nnThe lack of staff limits the amount of fun you can have if you’re spending most of your time in line.nnLastly, they were out of most socks except adult XL and child small. This seems to be a consistent issue based off the reviews.

Not bad $3.95 for the bottom of the of bags chips and crumbs w whatever was left of the salsa and cheese. Seriously, I’m sure better can be done.nMarch 20, 2021 1:25 pm
