Very rude and disrespectful but I guess State officials feel they can talk to people however they want. I don’t think it’s appropriate for someone to criticize your financial situation and then hang up on you when you are trying to make a payment. I eventually spoke to someone who informed me that there was a different number to call for payments. I feel I should have been told that from the beginning instead of being disrespected.

The way they hang up on you their shouldn’t be any wait time to speak to an agent. Very rude and unprofessional every time I call. They are very rude and disrespectful but I guess State officials feel they can talk to people however they want. I don’t think it’s appropriate for someone to criticize your financial situation.

Needs to do a better job that the customer has received documentation.
